2012 seems to be a great year for checking items off of the ol' bucket list. Yours truly recently stepped in as a vocalist for up-and-coming new anarcho-punk band, Zukini Bikini. I'm not sure how much detail I can actually go into, but needless to say, many items were broken, and a naked gentleman made a brief appearance.
Also, Zoe Boekbinder's phenomenal. Had the chance to step in to a graspingly intimate set at the Beauty Shop. Absolutely love the unique qualities she brings to the folk world.
I didn't know about Zoe Boekbinder before reading your post here. I especially liked Hollow Bones from the album. Thanks for highlighting the music!
