Ten Hours and Thirty-Three Minutes

is now the bar for anybody bold enough to top Lane Weaver's newly crowned "Longest Freestyle" record. Weaver, a local hip-hopper and Industry regular, gathered the masses at the Beauty Shop, where he laid heart, soul and probably pieces of his body on stage for ten-and-a-half hours.

As of now, no plaques or anything, but we do have some exclusive footage that we'll have edited by this time tomorrow, so that you can see the crowning confetti-filled glory that was.

Filmed in early June by Ike Winkler, Lane performs "Natalie Portman", a stand-out piece on his mixtape "Being Broke is More Fun Than It Looks", live at the Bedrooms and Basements release party.

Little Ruckus

Our latest inclusion to the Captain Captain Industries vault :

"Natalie Portman" - Lane Weaver (Prod. by Little Ruckus)

---

Bonus : A music video? Yeah, that's releasing tomorrow, and you know exactly where that'll end up. Keep it locked right where you are. Lane Weaver's C.C.I. return, as well as the C.C.I. debut of Little Ruckus should definitely have your interest for the next millenium or three. Not to mention the mixtape's gettin' some substance. Ooh, big spoiler there.

Now you stay classy, San Diego.
